Medici Bank "Earn & Save" Affiliate Marketing Program Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
The Medici Bank "Earn & Save" Affiliate Marketing Program rewards both the referrer and the new client when new accounts are opened and funded through a referral. This simple structure is designed to benefit everyone involved in expanding the Medici Bank community.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be:
- At least 18 years old.
- Current customers of Medici Bank with an account in good standing.
- Registered and approved by Medici Bank as affiliates in the program.
3. Referral Rewards
- Personal Accounts:
- $50 reward to the referrer.
- $50 reward to the new client.
- Business Accounts:
- $100 reward to the referrer.
- $100 reward to the new client.
4. Reward Caps
- Personal Accounts:
- Maximum of $5,000 in rewards per affiliate.
- Business Accounts:
- Maximum of $10,000 in rewards per affiliate.
5. Payment of Rewards
Rewards are paid out once the new account is successfully opened and funded.
6. Program Modifications and Termination
Medici Bank reserves the right to modify or terminate the Earn & Save program or an individual’s participation at any time without notice. This includes changes due to breaches of terms or program abuse.
7. Compliance and Conduct
Affiliates must ensure their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations and represent Medici Bank services accurately and ethically.
8. Limitation of Liability
Medici Bank is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages that may arise from participation in the Earn & Save program.
9. Governing Law
The terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
