To open a business account with Medici Bank an entity must provide the minimal basic due diligence documents for review. Delay in providing these documents will increase the application review time. 

• Articles of Incorporation
• Certificate of Registration
• Proof of Tax ID
• Shareholder Registry
• Director Registry
• Proof of Business Address
• Corporate Resolution to open a Bank Account
• Applicable W8/W9 Series Form

Ownership and any authorized user(s) must provide the following documents:

• Government issued unexpired identification
• Proof of Address in the form of a utility bill issued within the last 90 days
